We have over 20 years’ experience of executing Project Management contracts. Our Project Managers are responsible for the success of a construction project. They oversee every aspect of the project including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and hand-over. They ensure that both timeframe targets and budgets are met, in open-book consultation with the client.

Capital has vast experience in carrying out specialists works. Our background in specialist groundworks, ground remediation, piling and drainage design is paramount to the enabling works of any structure. We can attend to requests for any element of specialist works, whether it be minor works or part of a larger project.

Our experienced professional staff offer wide ranging contract administration. From simple cost control through to Employers Agent, we take responsibility for administrating contracts on behalf of the employer. 

Capital has extensive experience of existing buildings, particularly in redesign to clients new or changing requirements. Understanding the fabric of an existing building and its limitations means we can suggest the best solutions to bring existing premises up-to-date. For projects based on end of lease, we can provide detailed dilapidation schedules and costings to rectify poorly maintained premises or extensively modified buildings.
